A nice refreshing keto program. This program is payed out in an easy to follow format but it also includes many tips on getting to our emotional aspects of eating. I am really looking forward to doing his recipe outline and then moving on to what works best for me.The reviewer that was so disappointed with the pineapple and honey in a recipe obviously didn't see that it was for higher carb cycling. He includes this in the book as part of giving us choices in our diets as we decide to phase in or out of keto.Overall a very well done book!

How disappointing to find recipes with honey and pineapple. How sad to find individual meals with carb levels far in excess of what people are allowed in a day.Maybe this should have been entitled Keto for people who want to capitalize on a fad

I like how easy of a read this book is. I just got to part 3 in the book where it starts talking about the actual plan he provides to start on the keto program. He keeps it "real" as this is a life style change, not a diet. He knows that most of us will fall off the wagon, which is ok, we are not perfect. The book has everything you should need to be successful in your life style change.

New to Keto.. so far so good. Very imformative and best of all, yummy recipes.
